Terms of Use
These terms cover the Zodra iPhone app. Zodra is made by an independent developer, called "we" or "us" below. By using Zodra, you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. If they conflict, these terms win where the law allows.
For entertainment
Zodra gives you a daily horoscope for your sign. Horoscopes are for fun and reflection. They are not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and they do not predict the future. Please do not make important decisions based on them.
Subscription
- What you get. A subscription unlocks everything in the app: your daily horoscope with love, work and mood, your Sun, Moon and Rising, sign matches, a tarot card of the day, the moon and retrogrades, your yearly horoscope, widgets, and your daily reminder.
- Plans and prices. Zodra offers a weekly and a yearly plan. The current price for your country is shown in the app before you buy.
- Free trial. The weekly plan may include a 3 day free trial for new subscribers. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the weekly subscription starts and you are charged.
- Auto-renewal. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm. Your subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Managing and canceling. You can manage or cancel anytime in iPhone Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions, or from Zodra's settings. Canceling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Special offers. We may sometimes offer a discounted price. The offer's price and length are shown before you accept.
- Refunds. Apple handles all payments and refunds. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Using Zodra
Zodra is for your personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy, resell, or redistribute the horoscopes, the characters, or the app, and do not try to get around the subscription. Sharing a horoscope card to social media with the share button is welcome.
Our content
The horoscopes, characters, artwork, and design in Zodra belong to us. Your subscription gives you a personal license to use them in the app. It does not transfer ownership.
Availability
We work to keep Zodra running and accurate, but it is provided "as is". We may change, pause, or end features, including the content of daily horoscopes. If we ever stop Zodra entirely, we will say so in advance in the app.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using Zodra. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for Zodra in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
Privacy
How we handle data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If you live elsewhere, you also keep the protections of the consumer laws where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and continuing to use Zodra after a change means you accept it.
